Withdrawal & Refunds

Policy and procedure for withdrawals (drops), refunds, payment method, and date of the request. Below are details regarding drops, refunds, and transfers for Fundamental Courses (IMC/SGC) to assist your students promptly. Please contact us first before proceeding, as we encourage you to explore your options and continue your learning journey.

Overview
At VRC E-Learning, we aim to provide a transparent and user-friendly experience for all our students regarding drops, refunds, and transfers. The policies outlined below apply to both Instructor-Moderated Courses (IMC) and Self-Guided Courses (SGC).

Instructor-Moderated Courses (IMC)

Drop Policy
Students may drop and receive a refund within thirteen (13) calendar days from the start date of the course. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The student has completed the course.

  • The student has completed 50% of the program.

For course bundles, a complete drop is permitted within the same timeframe, provided none of the courses in the bundle have been completed.

Refund Processing
Refunds for payments made via our online payment system will be processed within 3-5 business days. If the refund request occurs more than six months after the initial payment, a refund check will be issued.

Self-Guided Courses (SGC)

Drop Policy
Similar to IMC, students can drop SGC courses for a refund within thirteen (13) calendar days after the access start date. Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The student has taken the final exam.

  • The student has completed at least 50% of the course.

Refund Processing
Refunds for SGC payments will also be processed within 3-5 business days. Session of the same course title a maximum of twice. For SGC, transfers are not permitted.

Once an enrollment is transferred or a drop is processed, students are not eligible for a refund for that enrollment.

PASSING POLICY

Passing Requirement: A minimum score of 65% is required to pass all courses.

CODE OF CONDUCT

To foster a positive and productive learning environment, all learners are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Respect: Treat instructors and fellow learners with courtesy in all communications.

  • Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in course removal without a refund.

  • Responsibility: Take ownership of your learning and manage your time effectively to meet course deadlines.

  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow learners and instructors by not sharing personal information or course materials without permission.

Communication: Use appropriate language and tone in all interactions, both online and in discussion forums.
